Meeting Minutes
Tom Clark rang the bell and called the meeting to order, led us in the Pledge and Invocation, gave the Sunshine Report today and recited “Ragged Old Flag.”
Veterans Day Program
- Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School Student Group, Harmonix performed a melody of acapella musical selections in honor of Veterans Day.
- Rotarians who served in the United States Armed Forces were recognized for their service.
Visiting Guest(s) were introduced.
Interact Students from Richmond Academy, and Aquinas introduced themselves.
Chuck Fuqua announced that Rise Augusta will host its annual golf tournament, Drive for Kids, on May 24, 2024, at West Lake Country Club. All proceeds from the tournament stay here in our community to support the programs and activities of Rise Augusta. Chuck encouraged club members to consider participating in the tournament.

- Dave Olson (Savannah River Mission Completion) – November 27th
- All Clubs Conference – Jekyll Island – April 26-28, 2024
Past President Shanda Vaughn asked everyone to contribute to the blue buckets on the tables. You may give online at mycartfund.org. Login credentials are the same as DACDB. Also, please complete our club’s Google form to sign up to be a Cart Challenger.
Past President Shanda Vaughn led us in the four-way test and then adjourned the meeting.
