Shanda Vaughn rang the bell and called the meeting to order.
Tom Clarke led us in the Pledge and Invocation.
The Greenbrier High School Band played the National anthem
Brad Means gave the Sunshine report.
Shanda Vaughn asked all former members that served in the armed forces to stand and be recognized.
Tom Clark came forward and spoke about the meaning of the American flag and the importance it has played in the history of our country. He explained the flag-folding ceremony represents the same religious principles on which our great country was founded and gave the meaning of each of the 13 folds.
President Faye Hargrove and Shanda Vaughn presented club veterans with Recognition Pins to honor their service to our country.
Visiting Guess – Club members introduced their visiting guess.
President Faye Hargrove asked everyone to contribute to the blue buckets.
Inside Challenger was Paul Dainer.

- President Faye Hargrove mentioned an article in this month Rotary magazine written by Lowell Greenbaum and urged everyone to read it.
Rick Franza announced the winner of the college pick’em contest. Last week’s winner was Paul Dainer. Paul will receive a $50.00 gift card to a local restaurant. If you are not receiving the email please contact Rick, Ashley or President Faye.
The Greenbrier Band Director Dr. Brian Toney mentioned the band offer performance opportunities to the local community. He spoke to the club about the official military Taps before his students begin to play.
There will be no meeting November 21st.
A big Thanks to Shanda Vaughn for decorating the tables with flowers and American Flags to celebrate upcoming Veterans Day.
