Meeting Minutes
President Elect Jerry Rogers opened the meeting and called on Jeff Flowers who led the pledge and invocation. Chris Mckinney introduced the guests and visiting Rotarians. President Elect Jerry gave thanks to last week?s Club CART Challenger Rabbi David Surill and the outside challenger First Baptist Church of Augusta which helped raise $291.00. Richard Rogers provided the Sunshine Report.
Jerry reminded the club about the upcoming district conference being held May 2-4 in Jekyll Island and encouraged everyone to purchase raffle tickets to support the meeting. Anyone interested in attending can register on the district?s website.
In lieu of a formal program, Jerry conducted a trivia contest with a Masters theme. Everyone enjoyed the contest and learned some little known facts about the tournament and its winners. It was a great way to wrap up this year?s tournament as everyone works to get back to their normal routine.
Jerry thanked everyone for coming and adjourned following the recital of the Four-Way Test.
