Meeting Minutes
President-Nominee Scott Williams opened the meeting and called on George Hall who led the pledge and invocation. The Rotary Moment of the day was again recognizing the significance and impact of Paul Harris Fellow program. John Sebby introduced the guests and visiting Rotarians. Gould Hagler gave the Sunshine Report. Thanks to last week’s Club Cart Challengers Robert Osborne and South State Bank we raised $222.33. This week the Inside Challenger is Chris Etterlee and the Outside Challenger is Fuller, Frost & Associates, CPAs.
President Nominee introduced fellow Rotarian, Assistant Governor and Past President Kevin Wade to give a presentation about Students Who Care.
The Students Who Care program is a collaboration between the Augusta Partnership for Children, Inc. and the James M. Hull Rotary Educational Fund. It is a scholarship program that awards Richmond County high school seniors $1,000 who are in good academic standing and involved in a community service activities.
Just a reminder that there is NO MEETING on Memorial Day, May 28.
Next meeting will be June 4, 2018.
The meeting was adjourned following the recital of the Four-Way Test.
